These Terms govern your use of the Voltary mobile app developed by Hasanain Alhamedi. By installing or using Voltary, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voltary for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. No professional advice
Voltary does not provide professional engineering, safety, or legal advice. Working with electricity and electronic components can be hazardous; follow proper safety practices and applicable regulations.
3. Advertising
Voltary is free and supported by ads served via Google AdMob. By using the app you acknowledge that ads will be shown and that ad delivery is subject to our Privacy Policy and Google's policies.
4. Intellectual property
The Voltary name, logo, and original content are owned by Hasanain Alhamedi. Trademarks, standards, and product names referenced in the app (e.g., USB, HDMI, Raspberry Pi) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Voltary is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
5. Third-party services
The app integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Your use of ad-related features is also governed by Google's terms and policies.
6. "As is" — no warranty
Voltary is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasanain Alhamedi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
